The Knight brother's vision for The Woods of Parley's Lane was to create an exceptional residential community by blending the natural beauty of the land with environmentally sensitive design and fine craftsmanship.

They protected the tranquil solitude and pristine feel of the environment by leaving as much of the property in its natural sate as possible.  working with the best planners, designers and engineers, they created 44 mountain homesites.  Each is oriented to take advantage of its natural privacy, dense woodlands, wildlife corridors, trails and wonderful views.

To ensure that The Wood's natural surroundings are respected, the developers have established a preferred architect/builder program with design guidelines to make certain that the fluidity and craftsmanship of the homes harmonize with their pristine settings.

These guidelines guarantee that the architecture of the custom homes of The Woods are of the utmost quality, artisanship and environmentally conscious design.  Materials of varying textures, deeply recessed window, destinguished rooflines, earth-toned colors, and the use of natural woods and stones are among the design elements that will be required.
